After 10 long years, Nicolas Cage’s stolen Superman comic book has finally been found. The Action Comics 1, in which the Superman was introduced, was reported stolen in 2000, but was discovered in a San Fernando Valley storage locker just last month.
The estimated value of this comic book: $1 million. It was one of several comic books stolen from his L.A. home.
A man who refused to be identified found it in a San Fernando Valley storage locker.
The comic book was handed over to the Los Angeles Police Department, but Balelo took photographs of the book and sent them to Stephen Fishler, who had sold the copy to Cage.
Stephen Fishler compared the markings to photographs and said it was the one he sold to Nicolas Cage 11 years ago.
