Comics Buyer’s Guide Closes
F+W announced the closure of the Comics Buyer’s Guide with the March, 2013 issue. This is the end of a 30 year run. F+W stated shrinking subscriptions and advertising revenue prompted the shutdown. You can read the press release here. This also includes the CBGXtra website.

The Superior Spider-Man #1 hit the stores a few days ago and most comic book stores are receiving eight different covers. The most sought after variant is the 1 in 150 Joe Quesada sketch variant cover.
The Quesada copy has already sold for $330 on E-bay.
